Our Projects

  • Landlord Project, London

    Complete strip-out back to the base build, including safe asbestos removal. Scope included installation of a new teapoint, full internal redecoration, and restoration of original parquet flooring — carefully filled, sanded, and lacquered to bring it back to life.

  • Luxury Apartment, London

    Installation of new flooring throughout a six-bedroom apartment with Thames views. Works included a bespoke timber staircase with integrated spotlighting and a brand-new kitchen with modern amenities.

  • Industrial Project, London

    Removal of fixed racking systems and partition walls across multiple floors. Works included forming a new demise entrance with bespoke bulkheads, full basebuild redecoration (including exposed steelwork), and installation and validation of main lighting systems.

  • Commercial Office, London

    Complete redecoration carried out with full protection of existing furniture and carpets. Scope included respraying all aluminium framing, high-gloss refresh to window trims, and emulsion finishes to walls and ceilings.
